Seiko makes multiple times more watches than Doxa, but Seiko does adhere to ISO standards (9001, etc.) which does provide some assurance of quality. I've handled multiple similarly priced Seiko divers with worse finishing. The lume is also very good, which surprised me given the negative comments online. It wore well, kept good time, and just was generally striking. The Synchron group now owns Doxa, Aquadive, and IsoFrane straps. I currently own a Aquadive and prefer it over the Doxa I owned. I have a 200 Sharkhunter and 1200 Professional. The movements in both are solid workhorses that can be serviced by any good watch technician. I have seriously considered an Army and 600. Why?
